Upon receipt or your order, we will send you a confirmation of your requested merchandise and send you instructions for payment through our secure website.  We are happy to accept personal checks or Visa/Mastercard as forms of payment. Payment must be made for orders within 15 days of invoice receipt.  After that time, merchandise will be returned to stock. If you are interested in reinstating your order after this happens, just let us know and we will gladly see if your requested items are still available.

Please wait until you receive our confirmation and invoice before sending us any payment information for your order.  Our limited storage space restricts the quantity and variety of stock we can keep on hand at any given time, and we must confirm that the items you have requested are currently available. Your invoice will include all shipping charges for your order.

Please note that we are unable to process federal purchase orders for payment at this time.  While we are happy to receive copies of procured purchase orders to fill merchandise requests and confirm shipping directives, we will need a complete credit card number in order to process payment for all orders.
