Custom, Large Orders, End of Year Orders

Please place all custom, large orders, and end of year orders by sending us an email at websales@dssaa.org.

We offer special ordering as a service to our current members.  If you would like to order an item with special engraving or embroidery, please send us an email with as much information as possible to service@dssaa.org. Please note that special orders will require extra time for customization, shipping and delivery, but we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that particularly large orders on our regular merchandise may require extra time for shipping and delivery, as we may need to place additional orders with our vendors to fulfill your requested quantities.  We will, however, do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Restriction of Merchandise

DSSAA reserves the right to limit or deny the sale of items to non-members when deemed necessary.  DSSAA logo merchandise is provided for personal and professional use only, and is not intended for resale.  Some select items are for sale to confirmed law-enforcement officers only, and verification of current employment may be required before completion of such orders.

International Shipping

Due to difficulties with international shipping, DSSAA can only mail orders overseas to APO, FPO or Dulles Pouch addresses.  While we are happy to ship any of our merchandise overseas, we cannot guarantee or insure the intact delivery of any fragile merchandise ordered. We do our best to pack each item carefully, but are unfortunately unable to monetarily insure or replace any items damaged during delivery.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days with receipt for merchandise exchange only (no returns, only exchanges). All merchandise must be in new condition.  We are not able to accept returns on merchandise that appears to be worn, washed or used. Items without tags or without receipts may be denied exchange.  An even exchange for merchandise must be made on the day of return, as no store credits will be issued. If you purchase an item and discover that it is damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.

Websale customers: Due to our small size, we are unable to pay for return shipping. All shipping will be at customer cost. If you would like assistance with measurements, please let us know. We are happy to help ensure that you order the correct size and have no need for returns.
