DSSAA members receive priority preference on all mail orders. The Association reserves the right to restrict the sale of items to non-members when deemed necessary. DSSAA logo merchandise is provided for personal and professional use only, and is not intended for resale.

You may order items with our online order form and we will respond with instructions for payment by personal check, Visa, or Mastercard. We will also provide a link to a form on a web page where you may enter your credit card information (Mastercard and Visa only). This form generates a secure email that is sent to DSSAA headquarters. While the form is not on a secure server, the email is encrypted by Hushmail. Your credit card information therefore remains confidential.

Please wait until you receive our invoice before paying. Our limited storage space means that we can't keep a lot of variety in stock. We must check to ensure that all items are available, and calculate shipping charges, before you pay.

Upon receipt of payment, the merchandise will be shipped to the shipping address that you provided on the order form. Domestic and overseas orders are shipped via the US Postal Service (overseas orders to the personal mail pouch address).

Payment must be made for orders within 15 days of invoice receipt. After that time, merchandise will be returned to stock. If you cannot make payment within 15 days, it is your responsibility to notify us.

Note: Due to breakage potential, coffee mugs are no longer available through mail order.
